They are horrible people who are managing this place they don't care if you have a kid or not you make one wrong move and you are out on the streets they will throw everything you have in black trash bags bc they won't be held responsible for any damages done to your property they don't care they will treat you with disrespect and they don't care if you will be homeless with a child or a disabled veteran or anyone they will not treat you with respect or kindness they will only disrespect you and your family. Current resident. Have been living with a flooding apartment with the complex knowing for over a week now and nothing has been done except cutting a hole in my ceiling. Tired of using my towels and paper towels to clean up a mess that management won’t fix!
God awful apartments, don’t keep up with maintenance and make rules outside of the apartment lease. In addition, when they do inspections they do not alert you prior to entering your home. Anywhere else is the way to go besides these owners, hope this helps :) (they delete bad reviews often so be aware)
