Don't move here. Too many issues. A whole building had to evacuate because the roof had leaks causing it to collapse, then leak into the second floor causing that to collapse, then leaking into the first floor also flooding. My heater stopped working once outside got less than 40°F. The plugs in the spare bathroom don't work. There is no pool. Owners have changed hands yet again, which we tried to move away from. Brother in law had major flooding issue with busted plumbing—ongoing issue. Mgr Jonathan and crew came and moved all furniture out to different apartment to fix problem. Thank u !
I dont recommend this apartment complex to anyone at all. The management is rude and unprofessional and the maintenance there doesn't fix anything at all. The water always getting turned off due plumbing issues. They dont take accountability for their mistakes and when they do a job they half way do their job. My bathtub consistently leaks water and the maintenance does a poor job and please be wise and never consider renting from this apartment complex. Save your money.
They are horrible people who are managing this place they don't care if you have a kid or not you make one wrong move and you are out on the streets they will throw everything you have in black trash bags bc they won't be held responsible for any damages done to your property they don't care they will treat you with disrespect and they don't care if you will be homeless with a child or a disabled veteran or anyone they will not treat you with respect or kindness they will only disrespect you and your family. Current resident. Have been living with a flooding apartment with the complex knowing for over a week now and nothing has been done except cutting a hole in my ceiling. Tired of using my towels and paper towels to clean up a mess that management won’t fix!
