Awful. Be very careful trusting Joe with your biggest purchase of your life. He gave us devastating advice and then completely stopped answering the phone for us. I had to call him from my daughters phone to get him to answer. Lets just say, he really screwed us over and then tried lying to cover it up. Joe was great! I originally called Quicken. Big mistake. My situation wasn't perfect. I never talked to the same person twice, and got multiple different answers, none of which were ultimately correct. My realtor referred me to Joe. In the first 5 minutes, I could tell a huge difference in knowledge and experience. Joe knew 100% the right way to handle my situation, walked me through it, and now I am a home owner! Need a loan?
