This was my first time ever being involved in purchasing a home and Yvonne, Shannon and Emma did an amazing job at explaining everything that needed to be done step by step. When issues came up, Yvonne told me to keep my chin up, that it wasn't over with yet and sure enough we closed on our home on July 31, 2019! Thank you all so much!
I highly recommend the Mortgage Store LLC! After my husband got out of the military we decided to buy a House here in Rolla with very low credit. If anyone is trying to buy a house, the mortage store is the place to go. The two young ladies Shannon and Michelle were awesome. They were patient with me and helped me through the paper work.
