They entered my home, changed the locks, opened every drawer (furniture, kitchen, bathroom) and closets (left them hanging open). My home is not in FORECLOSURE! I work away from home. Came home and changed locks back with no trespass signs. Again, leave for work they came back and changed locks. While I am away I have the water turned off in case of freeze. These scam artists tried to lock us out of our property which still holds our belongings. They put a pad lock on our garage too. We still own the house and the authorities AND our lawyer said it is ILLEGAL to lock us out of a home we currently reside in/own. Not to mention they STOLE money from my 10 year old son. Disgusting! We are currently taking legal action.
Scammers! My lawyer and I are contacting State about legal actions.
A nightmare. Unprofessional & unwanted. They are there to offer security & safety for my home. My home has been trashed & burglarized. They continually cut off my locks & replace them with theirs. Shuts off water & power. “winterizes” which only keeps me out. They came, I was at work so they deemed it an abandoned property. These people are unbelievable as are the banks who contract with them.
