I'm done! This switch to chip cards has been a crap show. My card is still not working and the bankers have been zero help. I'm switching banks and not looking back, it's absolutely ridiculous that I can't get to my own money!
I've been a member with Global since 2003 -- Just before my 14th birthday. They've been nothing but good to me and I couldn't be happier. Only suggestion I would have is maybe putting another location like the south hill. :D You guys are awesome.

We started with Global CU back in 2006 when we arrived at Aviano Air Base in Italy. Global was the only American credit union with branch on the base and we've had nothing but good things to say about them. We've financed several cars with them and have had no issues.
