RecommendedBest credit union ever! My mom works there and when my brother and I come in everyone welcomes me and is so nice to me.
Tired of dealing with rude tellers at the Kennewick location. "Gracie" was not helpful in any way. Tired of Global being the only "shared branching" option in the Tri-Cities. It's already a pain to have to go out of your way to make a car payment or deposit, but then to have to deal with consistently rude tellers on top of it. Unacceptable.
Just wondering who's brilliant idea it was to change our passwords without letting us know... I'm now locked out of my account and still haven't heard from anyone to reset it... I have loved Global up to this point (5 stars)... but gotta knock a couple off for this fiasco...
