Perhaps they could list an actual phone number where a real person is available. For such a hip young company I find it puzzling that they do not make it easy for members to reach out and speak to someone. I'm traveling have lost my debit card, can't get through to anyone, because I don't have an account number on me nor do I have the extension from an individual at any branch. Have been trying to reach them for the last 40 minutes only to get disconnected because they don't know what to do with me on their automated respons... read more
They have the worse webpage that I have ever seen not user friendly at all. You click on the site where you normally sign in and you get a pop up of some bimbo advertising for new members the pop up does not take you to another page so your just stuck. .
I've been actively going to Global Credit Union for almost fifteen years now and not once have I been disappointed, ever. They're always professional and always treat you well. Highly recommend. Thanks!!
