Got an auto loan a few months ago, credit score improved quite a bit and I received a refinancing ad in the mail. Got approved through them for half the rate of global. Decided to call global to see if they would refinance. Nope. And they said if they did the rate would be about the same as I'm paying now. Sad that I can get a better deal with someone I have no history with. This was my second loan with global. Never had a late payment. Guess that doesn't matter. So much for the "local" connection.
This is the worse bank ever they have so many hidden fees. They lie to services members and take advantage of the fact most are out of the country well they stack up all kinds of unexplained fees and when you try to talk to them when you get back they do nothing about it.

THE BEST CREDIT UNION IN WASHINGTON STATE. BK FRIENDLY AND COOLEST BRANCHES EVER WITH THE MOST ORIGINAL ART EVER. FRIENDLIEST STAFF EVER AND THEY ARE HERE FOR THEIR MEMBERS, A BANK FOR THE PEOPLE BY TH PEOPLE.
Nothing but problems and a serious lack of involvement from this place. Especially angry at the lack of ANY informing of stolen account information and suspicious activity of someone making thousands ($2,500 +) of dollars in purchases. Overdrawing the account incredibly. And no further help of fixing the problem other than "try calling again tomorrow"
Best credit union ever! My mom works there and when my brother and I come in everyone welcomes me and is so nice to me.
