Alan was a great help. He went above and beyond to make sure I became a homeowner. He is hands down, if not the best, one of the best loan officers around. Well, there were only three choices but the service was closer to "great" than "Just OK". I understand investor caution but I must say some of the requirements were irrelevant to any risk assessment. I also understand that much (if not all) of this was outside of Jenni's control so it should not reflect negatively on her. She was always helpful, attentive, and responsive in a timely manner.
