Don't deal with the mortgage alliance, they don't respect your privacy or your descions. I had a mortgage broker called Donick, I sent him a written request specifying I didn't want my credit pulled but he did it anyway. And Tony Bartolomeo said he would help me sort it out with equifax but he never did. Now they both don't return my calls or my emails. Stay away!
