She's simply one of the best out there. If she says that she can get the loan done, count it done! You'll also found that Dawn is all about YOU. She won't sell you on anything, rather she'll act as a counselor to help you with what the best loan may be for your circumstances!!!
Dawn gave us a fake pre approval letter, after we found the perfect house, paid for an appraisal, paid for an inspection and the loan was in underwriting there was constantly things going wrong only for Dawn to tell us we were better off working with somebody else. Other than being honest from the start she watched us go through the process and spend tons of money for her to just drop us without explanation. I do not recommend whatsoever.
Dawn and her team did an amazing job on the loan for my clients Dave and Alydia. They were all extremely professional and got all the details completed so we could close on time. If you're considering buying a home and need financing to do so, I would highly recommend Dawn and her team. They did a great job!
