My husband Michael and I had appointments for tomorrow. We're on the pandemic medicade and have needed dental work for a while we I spent weeks calling around trying to find a place that would take us even the places that would were booked up past October 31st when we lose our insurance. In AUGUST I finally find Mortenson on Valley Station I asked specifically about PANDEMIC medicade and I was told that yes they do take that insurance so I made an appointment for Sept. 22nd so I have waited from August to September for this ... read more
Dr.Sparks is amazing! He knew I was nervous and he talked with me and let me know everything was gonna be ok and I would feel so much better afterwards! He was genuine and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist!
Very friendly place and also super clean
My fear of Dentists goes back to my teens (I’m in my 60’s now) and other dentists just “catered” to my fears which worked for sporadic, necessary appointments. I rarely returned. Mortenson (specifically Diane V. And Jeff C.) accepted my fears and with exceptional personalized customer service and genuine compassion, found a way to ease my terror and complete my dental needs. I don’t even think twice about return appointments! I cannot thank them enough for their empathy, kindness and camaraderie!!
