Fast and friendly. They have a no nonsense approach as it was hard to get them to joke around.
Went to the one in Lawrenceburg, Sandra was amazing! Called just to see about getting looked at to see if I’d be able to get partials made, was in there the next day, wile I was in there ended up getting a cleaning. Sandra was very helpful with explanation and using analogies to educate me on everything that would need done in the process, even pushed her lunch break to do this! Sandra was my dental hygienist and she made me feel so comfortable. I'm terrified of the dentist so i only go for serious problems. Sandra got me excited to come back for more dental work!

Made an appointment, and had to wait over a month to get in just for a cleaning. I was okay with that so I booked the appointment and then they took my insurance information. They told me that I was good to go for my appointment and they DID accept my insurance. Then the DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT I get a call telling me they no longer accept my insurance.
