Mortensen's Danish Bakery can satisfy the craving!! All I can say is Chocolate Eclair- OMG!!! sweet pastry filled with cream, custard and jam and topped with chocolate!! Can never drive thru Solvang without picking one or tow of these!! mmmmm
Yummy This is a must do when in Solvang. The danishes are the best. We picked some up to go and brought them home with us.
Soooo good! But pricey! The food at this bakery is excellent! There are always a ton of people in line, but the lines move fast. The customer service is nice and the pastries are sooooooo good! They are a little pricey, but definitely worth it! A nice little treat after walking around Solvang!
Danish Bakery Oh my gosh, I let my husband talk me into coming into the Danish Bakery and I did not regret it! Adorable decorations and the baked goods are to die for! If you are in the area you have to stop in and try it!
Bad customer service. There are many bakeries in Solvang that put their customers first & Mortensen Bakery is not one of them.
RecommendedDecent coffee - very Americanised with the cakes. Catering to the sweet tooth or chocolate over everything. I know in Denmark not all desserts/cakes are like this.
