MFD has served my family for 6 years, when we moved to St. Augustine. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. They have also been patient when filing our out-of-network insurance. They make our dental visits pleasant and only make recommendations that are needed for our health. We 100% trust them with the health of our smiles!
I had the worst experience when visiting this dentist office! I was in pain from a couple of teeth and I asked the dentist to just pull both. He responded in such a nasty way saying" I am the dentist I do not let my patience tell me what to do". This guy was quite seniorly so I would expect he would have more experience on how to explain his reasoning for the better health of my teeth and mouth. I highly recommend Morse Family Dentistry! They go the extra mile. That was my first experience. Today I went in for a cleaning. First of all, I almost almost fell asleep. Second, I was grateful for the informative manner Kim used for the various tools, water, air, suction, etc. it was brief and helpful for me. She initially checked in several times to ensure that I was OK. Great Service by all. Everyone is very calm and pleasant. Love that they can offer you a plan to assist if you don't have Dental Insurance.
I can't thank enough this practice for taking a good care of me and my teenager for years. Dr. Morse, Jessica and all staff are wonderful and very efficient. Excellent experience overall.
