I was recently referred to this dental office and had high hopes based on the recommendation. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were professional, kind, and helpful—truly the highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was deeply upsetting. MFD has served my family for 6 years, when we moved to St. Augustine. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. They have also been patient when filing our out-of-network insurance.
