I wish 0 stars was an option. Ownership clearly doesn't invest in long-term fixes which leaves the maintenance staff stranded to figure out short-term, half-fixes. From fumbling the laundry service contract to the hot water cutting out for a day or three nearly monthly, it is very clear that Mozart Management is indifferent and/or ignorant of their shortcomings. Any bad review you read is true. What a sorry excuse for a landlord: utterly pathetic.
A filthy place. The day I moved in, the bathroom mirror was broken, the toilet didn't work, and the previous tenant's cat feces and litter had caked into the floorboards so thick I had to scrape it off with a scrub brush. There were years of trash stuffed into the radiator cabinet, making a perfect home for mice. We had to spend three days with a live rodent in the kitchen because they wouldn't send an exterminator. DO NOT GET AN APT FOR OVER $1000 HERE!!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT AND YOU WILL GET LESS THAN WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Since I moved into this place, there has been problems and issues such as my window completely crumbling apart when I tried opening it, flies and bugs get in no matter how clean you are (I was gonna add gnats but to be fair I have a lot of plants). It took 3 men , 4-5 different visits for them to fix my window and 3 men to fix a sink (the first who tried fixing it said it should have been replaced before I moved in!). I a... read more
