Jeff does good work but only uses Volvo parts so repairs can be more expensive than needed. Why pay $35 for a Bosch part when you can pay $100 for the exact same part with a Volvo label? I did make the mistake of buying a car from him. My Volvo had died and I needed a car quickly. He had one that he was selling for "a customer." I wanted to call the owner and get the service history but he said, "Oh, there's no records. It was all cash." That should have been a red flag. Wasn't helpful, seems like he is only interested in quick jobs. Takes days for a callback.
