Rented from this property management company since 2019 and needless to say I can confirm the talking down and snideness from Mary. My duplex had masking tape on the 1960s cabinets when I moved in five years ago. Not to mention a glass globe in the hallway randomly fell on my teenage son and shattered. It’s got termite damage! The place was perfectly priced for the shabby neighborhood, zero updates (vinyl bathroom counters have holes), the only toilet is child size and has only gone up since.
