We are always greeted by name and the entire staff is friendly, courteous and willing to help with any questions regarding payment, appointments, etc. Very pleased over-all.
It would have been nice to have the cleaning apparatus described before the hygienist started using it. Also to be given the choice of using the machine or a manual process. I understand that a manual process can be used if the patient can't tolerate the machine, but I had to ask about that option rather than having it offered to me. Also, it would be more comfortable to have some kind of guard or shield protecting the gums when the spray polish is applied. NO ONE spoke to me when I signed in. After about 10 min., I was about to ask if they had noticed that I was there. We take it for granted when Walgreens and other stores greet you, but it does make a difference.

Natalie did a great job. Very nice & thorough. She took a couple of x-rays before starting to clean my teeth. This helped define a couple problem areas. It appeared she has working with state of the art equipment. I was impress with the results. Dr.Towns was very professional and knowledgeable.
