Everyone was friendly and helpful
There needs to be a reminder call for appointments a day or two before your appt. Not an e-mail a few hours after you make the appt.
I like the new non-insurance dental payment system. I feel it's more fair for a single person, then the family dental insurance plans.

April did an outstanding job in making me comfortable with all of the procedures. She is very pleasant and professional as help make this experience very "low stress". Dr. Townes....I can not believe how smoothly things went and how quick and pain free the 1st part of my procedures were. I have never. Dr. Townes was very good at letting me know what all of my options were and how things would proceed and progress. The entire staff I came is contact with is 2nd to none and I'm thoroughly impressed with the entire operation.
I apologize that I did not get all names (except Dr. Townes, of course). All personnel greeted me, were kind, considerate, efficient, and very, very patient. I am certain to refer any of my friends and family, should the occasion occur.
We love the fabulous Marcy Ferruggio.
