I have been taking my three children to Dr. Townes & his Staff for years. They have provided my family with exceptional service. They have gone above and beyond to help my children.
Service is always fantastic and upbeat at the office. My hygienist always takes time to ask me both personal and dental related questions and I feel like I am treated as a welcome client not just a "mouth" to clean and fix.She is always very thorough and gentle and explains what she is doing as she works. She has a beautiful smile and sparkling white teeth (I am very jealous:) Dr. Townsend is also always thorough and upbeat as well as he checks my mouth and teeth..
Had three cavities filled. All went well and the dental assistant was awesome. The ladies at the front desk were very cheerful and helpful as well!
Arrived at the exact time for my daughters appointment, and was called back within 5 minutes. Recieved text,email and phone notification reminders of our appointment in ample time to reschedule if needed be. Everyone was friendly both when they greeted us to sign in and as we got ready to leave,especially my daughter. Hates fluoride treatment but still left smiling, from the DENTIST! That says it all right there. Highly recommend Morrison dentistry if you can get in. They stay pretty busy ,and thats a great sign of a success... read more
