Dr.Townes has a gift.It is performing dentistry with such skill and compassion that removes any anxiety that many associate with dentists visits.
I was so impressed with the quality of service that I received from start to finish. Clearly the culture is for outstanding patient service and care. I felt like everyone wanted me to understand my situation and the options available to me. I greatly appreciated Dr Townes' candor and patience with my questions. His assistant anticipated his needs; a sign of great teamwork! What a great find for me....at last I have a qualified and caring dentist!!
