SERVICE DOG HANDLERS BEWARE! Unlawful discrimination on the basis of disability! My roommate and I are both disabled and have assistance animals prescribed to us by our respective doctors. We applied for a rental house. When Mr. Morris refused to comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and make reasonable accommodations for our disabilities, we told him we were no longer interested and wished to receive a refund of our application fee.
