Our condos have used Morris Management for the past 10 years and I've been very pleased with the service we receive. The contract price is much lower than other places I've lived. Our HOA dues are around half the average for a community our size. Our property manager is personal and always follows through if there are any issues. She attends all the board meetings and helps facilitate the normal maintenance and repair work for our community.
