Our condos have used Morris Management for the past 10 years and I've been very pleased with the service we receive. The contract price is much lower than other places I've lived. Our HOA dues are around half the average for a community our size. Our property manager is personal and always follows through if there are any issues. She attends all the board meetings and helps facilitate the normal maintenance and repair work for our community. Would be lost without Leah I attend the monthly meetings at a Home Owners Association that Morris Management presides over. Leah, the liaison for Morris is such a wonderful asset to our Board. I very much look forward to meeting with her every month. She comes prepared and well-versed in the topics that need to be addressed in our community. We would be lost without her!
On the ball I am very impressed by how quickly Morris Management was able to get involved in all small and big issues related to our community. I have lived in the same residence for 5 years and can see a big shift when the community switched to Morris. They are on top of everything, very proactive, energetic, and multi-tasking. They are problem solvers and patient with tenants requests. The way they communicate with me confirms that they are on the ball of managing their tenants and property owners.

UNPROFESSIONAL-RUDE Unprofessional, unresponsive, unwilling, uncaring. Simply put Morris Management has failed in every aspect of property management within my community. Morris Management does excel at excuses and incompetence.

Efficient Michelle was very detailed in planning our HOA budget. She made recommendations and had back ground information, and led the discussion at two budget planning meetings in October and November, 2010.
