When my AC stopped working in July, they came out the same day (twice, because the unit was frozen the first time) to diagnose the problem. The technician, Johnny, was very polite and patient in explaining the problem and options for addressing it to me. They got the unit running again very quickly once the part came in and charged a very reasonable price.
