Lived here for four years from 2013-2017 and will always have fond memories. My husband and I had a one bedroom on the 7th floor and we still miss our view! Two big bright windows that overlooked an unobstructed view of south philly. And for being so close to center city, the rent was incredibly affordable. Our fridge stopped working within the first month we lived there. They replaced it with a new one the very next day.
