The have the worse customer service they never sent stuff out on time or the sent the wrong item then don’t want to take it back. Refuse to put management on the phone never order from them

Customer service nonexistent 8th caller in line an hour and a half later still number 8. Ordered parts on August 15, 2020 still no parts. Don’t waste your time and money waiting on Morris 4x4.

Buyer Beware. This company will indicate they have your item in stock, they will immediately charge the item to your credit card, and then a week later when you try to find the status of your parts you will be on hold for 2 hours only to be transferred to another "department" with a projected wait of 2 more hours. This company does not stock the parts they are a third party "clearing house" (i.e. the one item that was shipped came from Crown Automotive not Morris 4x4). Return is a hassle. Started to return in April, it's July and still my return has not been processed. When I call, on hold for atleast 30-45mins. Will not buy from them again, I don't recommend buying from this merchant.

I would never do business with this company again. Ordered $600 rock rails and they cant deliver or return calls. I was on hold for 2.5 hours and no response. I just want to cancel but can't contact anyone. They do not return emails. Don't purchase anything from this company.

This company fraudulently charged my credit card, never sent ordered products, and is impossible to contact. I am on hold with customer service for over 1 hour 53 minutes as I write this. Wish I had chosen to do business with a different company.

I am fed up with them! On their website they stated the radio I desired was in stock and that if I ordered it prior to 3pm it would ship same day. I was excited to receive my radio. However, once ordered it said it could take two days to ship. I still decided to wait. It is not 4 days and the item still has not shipped. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!! I WAS ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES TODAY.... TRIED THE CHAT BOX NO ONE AND NOW 10 HOURS LATER NO RESPONSE.. BUT THEY HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MY ORDER .. ALL JEEPERS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. THESE PEOPLE DONT GIVE A HOOT ABOUT ANYONE.. THIS IS THE LAST ORDER THEY WILL EVER SEE FROM ME.. I DONT MIND PAYING MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT TREATS JEEPERS BETTER .. SO JEEPER WORLD BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY !!!!
