Stay away they pass the blame for poor customer service. Was told the shipment delay was on the manufacturer's end. Well, I talked to them directly and he was dumbfounded why I haven't gotten my order.. I called Morris 4x4 out on now they are blaming on their fulfillment center. Nothing but lies and deceit
DO YOUR RESEARCH before buying from Morris 4x4! Tons and tons of very negative reviews (in the thousands) and I learned the hard way. This company is as low-end as they get. They have recently been banned from multiple 4x4 events due to their substandard business practices. What an awful experience and I am still trying to get my issue resolved! Never I repeat never use this company ever. This is the worst company I have ever bought from. We ordered a cold air intake and they would not ship it to my address due to "emissions" when there are no emissions laws in my state. We ordered on May 23 and they charged us and took our money. We even got a shipping email. Then like 7 days later we get an email saying we can't ship this due to emissions. The we call 5 yes 5! different times and talk to 5 different people. !!! Be vary weary of this company. They sell non-refundable parts that are only compatible to other out of stock and discontinued parts. There are lots of other reliable companies out there, I’d find another that is honest.
ABSOLUTELY the WORST company to deal with. Do everything you can to avoid having to deal with Morris 4x4. Shop anywhere else!!!!! I ordered parts for my replacement soft top and I specifically asked if the parts were on backorder and the saleman said they had the parts in stock. Three weeks later, I am still waiting on the parts to arrive. I will never order from this company again. Do yourself a favor and find anywhere else to get your parts.
Morris 4x4 is the absolute worst. Do not order from them. I have used them in past and I was satisfied with the price and service. This is not the same company it used to be. Do NOT give them your money
Morris 4x4 is the worst. I ordered ring and pinion gears. It took 3 weeks to arrive and it was the wrong parts. I contacted them and they said I used the wrong part number. But I verified the order with them, twice. Then they said I would receive the correct parts within 2 days, that was a week ago. I contacted them again for the sixth time, they acknowledged their mistake, but refused to offer any solutions. Do not buy anything from them, they do not own any parts. They will have third party companies shipped, their shipping time is crazy!!! They also charge you 20% restocking fee! Stay away!
