They do customer service perfectly. 5 stars for skill, communication, cost of service is reasonable and their customer lounge is top notch.

I was really nervous about purchasing a used vehicle, and trading in my current vehicle. I drove over an hour and half to Morrie's and I'm very glad I did. They offered me a fair amount for my trade, the vehicle I wanted was listed at a reasonable price, and everyone was truely friendly. Dan, Andrew and Guardo were great. Thank you! -I am frustrated that the breaks started squeling on the way home, but I guess I expected some type of repairs for a used vehicle, just not so soon...

I moved to Des Moines just over a year ago. I take my Mazda to the dealership down here now for the scheduled maintenance. It's such a disappointment now. Morrie' s really helped me keep my car in wonderful condition. They go above and beyond on seemingly small things that make a big difference later on. I miss how when the did a full inspection on my car, they checked everything! They were always helpful with any questions I asked and understood when I couldn't afford to have things replaced immediately. They really do care... read more
