I had scheduled service on my 2017 Mazda 3. I was greeted promptly, the service tech reviewed what work would be done on the vehicle and then personally escorted me to the clean and bright waiting area. The waiting area is designed in grouping Las so you’re not crammed in with other people listening to a TV blare. At one point the tech found me and showed me a recommended service that wasn’t originally written. Minutes later he personally came to tell me the work was complete.
