Erin ang Jesse were busy as heck and still made me feel like I was the only person looking at cars. Actually I wasn't looking for a car, I was getting my CX-5 serviced and ended up upgrading to a CX-9. Long story short - it honestly made more financial sense! Who knew, right! This is my second vehicle through Morries of IGH. It most certainly won't be the last!
We had a fantastic experience at Morries Inver Grove Mazda. I surprised my wife, for her birthday, with a VW Eso. Amy was wonderful to work with. The car was waiting with a big red bow! Thank you, Amy, for all of your help. Our experience was so good, the next week I bought a new Nissan from Morries Brooklyn Park Nissan. Thank you again Amy for all your with finding the perfect truck.

Bobby and Erin and they whole place did everything they could to help us out. We left with more than we were expecting! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone in the place was so helpful and took time to show us every last option that we had until I was happy. Would highly recommend 10/10 service.
Greetings! Here's a few notes about Morrie's customer service that I think will be helpful. I've had a few friends stop by this dealership and have had a less than acceptable experience (to say at best). Recently, a friend of mine stopped by and wanted to inquire about leasing a vehicle. She was shown one vehicle and then was told by a customer service representative that she needed to, "wait for her husband to get here so he could explain and understand the details better." If you're working with Erin Fahey, you're in good(read: the best) hands. Everyone who helped me trade in my old car and buy a new-to-me Mazda was exceptionally courteous and thorough. They went through all the available packages with me, explaining in detail what would be covered, etc etc. Normally, I get anxious in these situations, but no one was overwhelming nor did they pressure me at all. Friendly faces all around!
Erin Fahey was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Everyone at Morrie's was professional, courteous and expedient. I bought my last car there, my new car there, and will not hesitate to go back for my next one.
My experience at Morries has been one of the greatest rushes I have experienced. I dealt with Jessie(sorry if spelled wrong) and Bobby. It was like hanging out with friends, they made me laugh as I'm sure I did as well for them; but they also made sure to inform me of what was in front of us. A dealer/buyer relationship and trust.
