A lazy I don’t care group from sales to service.
My 84 year old dad recently bought a used pickup here- on his way home, less than 50 miles from the dealership, the check engine light came on. When he called the dealership they wouldn’t stand behind the sale. He took it to a mechanic and there were multiple issues which will cost him well over $1,000 to repair. Even the mechanic called the dealership to inquire why the vehicle was sold this way without the issues being addressed, they didn’t give him any satisfaction either.
