We had an appointment @ 6:30pm to have our car delivered. We arrived at 6:10. We were greeted upon arrival and waited until 7:30 before we started the delivery process. Our “BuyHappy” experience was not happy. What’s the point of having an appointment if you’re treated this way? It should be noted that we had a 1 hour drive each way.
