I had filled out the credit app online and done most of the paper work on a previous day. I had a appointment set up for 7 to what I thought was sign and drive off. 3 hrs later, I'm still waiting at the dealership. The transaction took way too long.
Today we worked with Anthony in sales, and Michael in finance. It was a long day of car shopping with our 3 children, and everyone there was amazing! Thank you to the great staff for making it a good experience!!
