Had a very good experience at Morrie's Subaru. Joel Ramiakhan really helped us out! The service was excellent and Joel was very knowledgeable about used cars. It was not high pressure and Joel really wanted us to be satisfied. Thank you Morrie's and Joel for your efforts. If you go to Morrie's I think you will be satisfied!
Drove home my first Subaru on Saturday! Picked a 2018 Forester! Anthony Mrosla, Tina Ingalls and Gerardo Gonzalez made the whole process really really easy! Anthony was super patient with all of my questions and the icing on the cake was him finding a green touring edition for me, when it isn't even a standard color choice in this model. In my opinion, they all went above and beyond to get us what we wanted!

Excellent thus far. They were able to find the car I wanted at one of their affiliated lots, and everything went very smoothly. Great experience!
Worst customer service. Courtney "arranged" for two showings of a vehicle I was interested in and both times car wasn't at dealership when I arrived. Then, manager called to make right only to fail in his commitment to deliver a personal showing of vehicle. They're worse than Luthers.
