Prior to buying a used car on 4/13/18 from Morrie's I hated going to the dealers. I worked with sales consultant Tammy H and she was wonderful. She made the whole process stress free. The car that I went to look at sold the night before and she was very helpful in finding a car in my budget. Everyone that I had contact with that works there were very nice. Tammy made the whole process pleasant and I would diffidently go back there to buy cars in the future.
My son turned 16 last week Thursday, and we purchased his first car from Morrie's Subaru in Brooklyn Park. Our salesman's name was Dave Petersen and he did an excellent job of working with us to find a car that meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at, as well as cars we were looking at other Morrie's dealerships, and other car dealers. Just purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback in Saturday from Morries. It was such a good buying experience. There wasn’t any pressure. Everyone there was so kind. I would definitely go back next time I need a vehicle.
From the moment I walked in Tammy was top notch! Her customer service was better than I could have expected. She listen to our needs and what we were looking for. I am a 1st time car buyer. She never made me feel pressure to buy or make a decision right there and then. I took my time over the weekend and called her on Monday saying I wanted to buy the car. From there my purchase was made easy. I HIGHLY recommend talking to Tammy if you want a saleswoman who makes you feel like you are buying a car from a friend!
