Always friendly and prompt. They even send a video of the inspection. I took my dog with me and he was well received. There are always beverages and snacks in the waiting room which is always clean and tidy! I highly recommend Brooklyn Park Subaru!
This is my first time getting my car serviced here, but it was a good experience. They have a nice waiting room. The staff is friendly. I like the fact that they take a video while they are checking your tires, etc. It's nice that they share the video with you as well.
