I was promised personal delivery of my car new/used car after a small dent was taken out, and new car mats put in. It took over a week to get my car to me with several email inquiries. It arrived with no mats, no temporary license, no dent taken out, and filthy. I think customer service needs to be looked at here.
Cody was very helpful with my car while in for airbag recall.. after 10 point lol at car they found oil leak I received a video & call from Cody.. fixed leak & also gave me quote on tires. He definitely gave great customer service & made me feel confident with service.
