Excellent reception, diagnosis and discussed options. Just like going to a medical clinic with iPads and someone expecting you. The video of a “surprise” was very helpful - made a decision easy.
They were able to work on my car earlier then my scheduled time and got my car serviced very quickly.
Service is great. They keep you updated about your vehicle as it's been serviced, and I especially like the video they send when servicing your vehicle, so you know what's going on and the "Buy Happy " program. They have snacks and entertainment in the waiting area. Sometimes the service is quick but on days when they're super busy, you could be waiting for an hour or more. Otherwise, great car service, excellent customer service and I highly recommend Morrie's Brooklyn park.
