Checked the website this morning, found a used vehicle I was interested in. Clicked on the Test Drive tab and was quickly connected with Brian Mack via email. He repeated the vehicle I was interested in and we set up a time for me to stop in. When I got there, Brian had left for the day. The salesman I was handed off to took about 15 minutes to finally come back and tell me the vehicle I was looking for was no longer in their possession. A truly great experience here from beginning to end. Andrew Hemmelgarn was the best car salesperson I've ever worked with, hands down. Manager Tina was wonderful as was Ryan Mills, Accessories Manager. Signing all the papers with Michael was enjoyable, too. They really stand by their Buy Happy promise.
Went to Morries Brooklyn Park to look for a used car and trade in our current vehicle. We had a great experience with our salesman, Kirk, and had the perfect car picked out. Our experience went south very quickly when the "used car sales manager" broke the cover of our CD player while appraising our trade-in. No apology or offer to make it right from him or another manager who tried to accuse us of making the story up. Went to get a free car wash. Pat paid cash for my car in November. The receptionist was really rude to me. Grey haired older lady. Won't be back. Sales lady was really nice. Young sons a Piceses. I think the resptionest should get some training.

Morries is a very low-key environment, and they have a very friendly staff. I really like their upfront pricing with no negotiations. They really save you a lot of time and take care of what your needs are, instead of trying to sell you something you do not need or want. I also love their "BUY HAPPY" program, you TRULY get more VALUE when you BUY HAPPY from Morries. I highly recommend you not waste your time elsewhere, and BUY HAPPY from Morries. Great service and experience with Morrie's Nissan. An unfortunate incident with a flat tire was not quite so painful with help from Chris in the service department. Routine maintenance taken care of at the same time all performed in a very timely manner. We have always been happy with Nissan's service department, a very friendly group. Thank You!
