Reached out to Morong Falmouth as they were the only dealership within 400 miles that had the CX-9 I was looking for. From the get-go, Ashley (Treadwell) was very helpful. They're your only option if you want an Audi in the Portland area and their pricing reflects that, don't expect to get a great deal.
My wife and I just got Audis and are thrilled with the way Peter, Matt and Jeff helped us. Fair and transparent pricing, straightforward business office and Jeff made sure we understood how to run everything. I know Mark DiNallo will continue to help us in service. A very good crew at Morong!
Called for service, was told to email in pictures of my safety belt and interior panels. Sent them in Nov 2016. Sent a few more emails and the person switched positions and there was an email issue. Sent again this time they said they didn't get the VIN, but it was in the email threads. It's March 8th, my seatbelt is frayed bad now. Sent a message yesterday with all the info and pics again and no call back. Not impressed! Especially where it is a safety reason!!
