What an amazing experience! The team was so helpful. I was turned away from my own credit union as well as 3 other dealers. Morong Falmouth was the only place willing to help me. I was able to get into the car I wanted... A VW Tiguan!
We purchased our 2011 A8 this past Summer. The check engine light came on just a few short weeks after driving it off the lot. We called several times to see if there was anything they could do and never received a call back. We brought it to our mechanic and he found four different problems. We believe these problems were present before we purchased the car. We are very disappointed.
Ordered the wrong part, tried to tell me it’s the right part, long story short, their customer service sucks! With the exception of Allison. She’s great. Gary, the parts manager, needs to retire!
