Impossible to do business with them. Deal kept changing. After seeing my 2 star review Liz from Moroney's went to extraordinary lengths to try and disprove the validity of my review. She even phoned me with a very unwelcome voicemail suggesting that I had never been there and even called 3 other dealerships to see if I was mistaken. I returned her call with "factual" information and dates proving that Moroney's was the dealership I had the bad experience now made even worse. First and Foremost, Auggie and Cody were great to work with... Patient and Knowledgeable. Your salesman Joe, is a completely different story. Not only was he rude, and condescending, he used every 'used car salesmen' line on me to pressure me to make the sale before he left for the season. He didn't like the fact I needed to do my due diligence to ensure I was not getting taken. Unfortunately, on top of his attitude, I was low balled on my trade and the Trike was overpriced. Amazing place! Great service!...huge selection of used and new bikes...Traded in my Harley and got a beautiful street glide from Alicia, the process was easy as ever in and out...drove over 2 hrs and this is going to be my go to dealer from now on...
been to 10 or more different stores since I left Kentucky, cant even guess how much money the 4 of us have spent, they were the rudest people we have run into. yes we walked in 20 minutes before close. found out it only takes 3 minutes for them to tell you we close in 20 minutes and only takes a minute to buy 2 poker chips. BIG MISTAKE!
Just went in for something warmer than my T-Shirt yesterday. Spoke with two separate salespeople both who where super friendly and helpful. Also spoke to 3-4 customers who all liked this dealership. I will definitely be back.
From the moment we walked in the door we felt comfortable. The price that we were quoted was the exact price that we paid. No games! No gimmicks! Alycia Nichole is an amazing asset to the company!
