I had to get new tires put on my 2000 Heritage Springer. Vinny in service was fantastic. He helped me schedule an appointment, kept me updated via text on progress and ensured my bike looked great. They also washed it. Great service. Vinny also walked me through my bill explaining it. Welcoming and professional. They delivered what they said they would on time. I definitely would recommend. NOTE: the only reason I gave a 4 and not 5 stars was because I had to wait a few days for a service appointment. Otherwise 5 stars.
