Very unprofessional hung up the phone on me.... been trying to get my bike towed all day.... they are rude and very inconsiderate to customers... i been going here for years bought 2 bikes from them.... service dept. Sucks they are horrible.... dont go there stay away....
Best dealer I've been to,, had them hold a part for me with no questions asked over the phone,, picked it up and paid for it and got the best customer service ,,, will be a returning customer

Jim and his crew saved the day!! On my way to Rolling Thunder when my throttle cable snapped in Newburgh. The owner actually went home and took the cable off his own bike just so I could ride on. Forever a loyal customer!!
Just picked up my Electra glide ultra limited and have nothing but great things to say about everybody at Moroneys. Alycia my sales associate was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, she listened to what I wanted and she was not pushy at all. Everybody that I dealt with at this dealership Sales, finance, parts, clothing, service were great to deal with.
