July's flood reached 3½ feet in our 1st floor apartment. City officials condemned building, manager didn't have any apartments available. Didn't offer any assistance /advice in relocating. The repairs to the apartment won't be finished until spring.... In less than a week from the flood, Morningstar property, helped my kids and I into a new home. Morning stars property manager, Kat is very kind. Easy to get a hold of and always reply quickly. Morningstar is my favorite property manager.
