I learned healthy ways of eating I went to Morningside for help with drugs and schizophrenia and I accomplished a lot. I learned healthy ways of eating, worked on my fitness and sober. They have a lot of stuff besides meetings and groups that really helped me, like acupuncture, which was the best.
Thank you Morningside for all that you do! Morningside absolutely saved my life. The staff there is amazing and it is unlike any program that I have ever been to. They truly care and want the best for you. They give enough structure and support but yet still give you some freedoms. Thank you Morningside for all that you do!

I was very happy with the positive change I enjoyed the fact that MSR was overall very clean and the staff to patient ratio was good. In comparison to the treatment center I transferred from I was very happy with the positive change and the state of calm this treatment center provided.

John did an excellent job As one of the individuals selected to go on our recent adventure trip to Big Bear I just wanted to let you both know how much I enjoyed it as I got to share time with other people and also learned how to ride horses, snowboard, and some of the history of Big bear mountain. I got to go to the river and put a rock in my hand and put all the negativity thoughts in that rock and threw it away.
