Apartments are overpriced. Good luck ever getting a reply from the office. I had neighbors upstairs shaking my cabinets for months by bashing around up there and waking us up at all hours, and I complained to the office 4 times and never got a response. This was my girlfriends and I first ever apartment at 17-18 been here for 2 years going to re sign our lease at the 3 year mark and I can say we are very happy and satisfied with the apartment and the price great neighbors and Kyle/maintenance are always ready to help when theirs an issue!! Definitely recommend

The apartments are ok, lived here for five years. They raise the price every year, but are good with maintenance issues. On move out don't expect a deposit back unless you paint the walls, clean the carpet, and leave it better than when you moved in. Neighbors can be loud, dogs barking outside your window all early morning, but it's an apartment, you never know until it's to late. Neighborhood has gone down hill, but never felt scared letting the kids play outside.

I lived here for a year and loved it. Ended up having to move for work so I couldn't stay longer. They handled maintenance requests immediately and without question. Really nice place, clean, friendly office staff, new appliances. Also really affordable for what they offer. I lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt with laundry in unit, private entrance, garage and pet friendly. It's not easy to find all those things! By far the best complex I've lived at.
