I have not worked with Morningside per se I have over the years worked with Michelle Larowe in various capacities. She is the real deal. She treats looking for a nanny for your family like she would looking for one for her own. She is straight shooter but you will always know where you stand and with her assisting you you will be on top ! ; )

As INA 2015 Nanny of the Year, I highly recommend Morningside Nannies. Morningside Nannies is one of the few agencies that I will allow my name to be associated with. They have really high standards and only use quality nannies. Michelle LaRowe Conover is also the INA 2004 Nanny of the Year. Her experience over the last several years have been invaluable to both nannies and families.
When screening nannies they definitely don't cut corners.
WORST NANNY AGENCY EVER! Rachel and Michelle (the nanny coordinators) are rude and condensing. Rachel called me or should I say harassed me daily until I signed a contract with them. She even called me the day I was giving birth! They sent over an unqualified nanny who eventually quit after 6 weeks. The agency did not even offer to send a temp.
