I'm a temp nanny with Morningside and I've had a wonderful experience! The families are work for have told me several times that they love the nannies that Morningside has sent to them to fulfill their temporary needs. They do a really great job of making sure families are able to find care for last minute situations as well. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a long-term nanny or temporary/last-minute care.
We use Morningside for evening/weekend babysitters. They've been fantastic to work with. Michelle is always quick to get back to me and always manages to find me a great sitter...even in a few last minute situations. Our sitters have always been ontime, polite, knowledgeable, excited to play with our kids and compassionate. While you pay a bit more for the service, it's well worth it!
This service is a money pit. They gave us 1 option for a nanny and do to our urgent need we hired her. No 100 days into the agreement the nanny informs us she is pregnant. We went back to them for assistance and they kindly inform us that they would love to help us for ANOTHER $4000. This if bull! What kind of ethics is this for a company that supposed to be helping families in need. Save your money. They only out to get you and will only help you for an additional fee. Horrible services. We offer a 90 day complimentary replacement policy on full-time nannies as outlined in our client agreement. We require a nanny/family agreement to be on file to be eligible for the replacement. I would be glad to speak with you tomorrow about your situation further, should you wish.
